about val taylor
Hello, I’m Val Taylor. Actually, Valarie Taylor, that is Valarie E. Taylor but you can call me Val. The sole purpose of this page is to test my new found SEO (Search Engine Optimization) skills. I want to see if I can rank for the first page of Google which currently has as of this writing 14 million Val Taylor’s.
I recently won a SEO Mastermind 8 week training course and one of the first things I learned was to be sure to optimize your website and rank for your name. You want to do this because as your online presence increases and your brand (your name) become more popular, you want to make sure that you are in control of your name.
So let’s see if this test works. This will be posted on my blog and submitted to article directories and when you do a search for Val Taylor or Valarie Taylor or Valarie E. Taylor or Imvaltaylor, we will see if I show up on the first page. Now, let me introduce myself.
I am the mother of three sons and wife of one husband
. I am also a 30 year retiree from AT&T (actually laid off). I love living and living well. I truly care about other people. I am also a fantastic cook, Ok public speaker and I’m pretty good at online branding. My job background is in sales, network design and implementation. I have discovered the power of marketing online and I would like to change the world by showing others how to do so using FREE strategies.
My current layoff situation and the economy forced me to take a look at how businesses view employees. There was a time when you worked for a company for 30 years you were provided with a good pension and benefits to support you through retirement. I don’t want to complain about my former employer; in fact I believe I was one of the blessed ones that got the pink slip this year.
However, what I know is that corporations have used the economy as an excuse to rid themselves of the older employees. It actually happens every 15-20 years or so and you have to come to terms with the business rationale behind it. This made me reflect on those for instance, in the auto industry or those who were scammed out of their retirement by large corporations and how they cope with their situation.
I was already marketing a direct sales business part time while I was employed and when I got laid off I decided to turn to the internet for help to do so more aggressively. I not only found the help I needed, I believe I have been provided with some of the best online marketing training in the world.
I decided to see if I could help others in the MLM Industry through this new worldwide marketplace. Those interested in providing a comfortable lifestyle for their families. Also those, who may have challenges with their current marketing strategies, and others, who want to use both offline and Online marketing techniques to grow their business. My goal is to teach as many as I can reach the Power of Marketing online.
So let’s change the world! For all those who have been laid off and downsized out of a job, or just need extra income let me show you the Power of Marketing You Inc.
I’m Val Taylor and I am connecting the online dots!

Val, it’s funny how often just the right source of information comes along, just when you need it the most! You story, your focus, and your advice arrived at precisely the moment that we most needed to hear it.
Although we’re not an MLM (we are a fledgling service business) we are convinced that online marketing is the most viable (and affordable!) strategy for us to pursue. But figuring out exactly how to leverage it all is quite a challenge.
Motivators with such energy and focus as you convey go a long way to keeping us on track! Thanks!!
Thank you and how kind. There is a way to take advantage of the training regardless of whether you are in a MLM business or not. What we teach is to market yourself first, brand yourself. Once people know and trust you and feel they have a relationship with you then and only then do you introduce your MLM business. At this point if you are in our system and you don’t have a MLM then you just don’t introduce an MLM . It is a great way to learn how to use social media and learn the real techniques of marketing onlne and it begins with branding you and your business. Thanks again.
Val
Hello Val, as you may have noticed, my name is Kevin and I was deeply moved when reading your intro & bio. Yes, the economy is touch, and yes… those of us that are no longer in our youth suffer great disappointment while being rejected from obtaining employment and yes… pink slipped or discharged without any explanation. It’s not easy to accept that we can do nothing about corporate companies or business owner treating it’s workers the way they do… my opinion, it has something to do with prophesy. Your blog is well organized and offer value. Agree, online marketing, have been for awhile, and is today the next big movement for achieving success while yet the economy being in the status it is. I certainly would like to keep contact with you and I will subscribe to your site. I’m also quite familiar with LMSP and once was a member of their organization. I invite you to visit my website, and to your massive success!
Thank you Kevin
